These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from Melbourne Wrapping Co. ("we", "us" or "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General
We supply packaging products principally for commercial and industrial applications.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Your order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed once we confirm acceptance of your order or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.
If we are unable to supply an item you have ordered, we will contact you to arrange an alternative, a partial supply, or a full refund.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change. We may correct pricing errors at any time, and where an obvious error has occurred we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. Any price already confirmed on an accepted order will be honoured.

4. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Orders are dispatched once payment has been received in full, unless we have approved account or delayed payment terms with you in advance.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
We aim to deliver every order promptly and in good condition. If your order is delayed, damaged or lost in transit, please contact us and we will resolve it as quickly as possible, including arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Title and Risk
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title in the goods remains with us until payment has been received in full.

7. Product Use and Suitability
Our products are intended for commercial packaging and wrapping purposes. Film performance depends on your equipment, load profile and application, so we recommend discussing specifications with us before ordering, and we are glad to help you select the right product.
You are responsible for ensuring the product you select is suitable for your intended application and is used in accordance with any handling or safety information supplied.

8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. For non-major failures, we may choose to repair, replace or refund the goods.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 9, our liability is limited, at our discretion, to the replacement, repair or refund of the goods supplied.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business interruption or downtime. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos and product descriptions, is the property of Melbourne Wrapping Co. and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

12. Privacy
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website and placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
