Refund policy

We want you to be confident in what you order from Melbourne Wrapping Co. ("we", "us" or "our"). If a product is not right for your operation, we will make the return process straightforward.

1. 90-Day Returns
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. This applies to both faulty and non-faulty products.

2. Eligible Items
Items must be returned in reasonable condition. Rolls that are unused, or that have been partially used while trialling the product on your line, are accepted. We simply ask that goods are returned with their original packaging where possible and stored in a way that has kept them clean and undamaged.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not limited or excluded by anything in this document.

4. How to Arrange a Return
Before returning any item, please:

• Email us at service@wrappingco.shop

• Include your order number and the reason for the return

• Wait for our return instructions before sending the goods back

We will respond promptly and confirm the easiest way to get the goods back to us.

5. Return Shipping
We arrange return collection at no cost to you for all approved returns.
Alternatively, you are welcome to return items to us in person at 2 Keys Rd, Moorabbin VIC 3189. Please contact us beforehand so we can make sure someone is available to receive them.

6. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive and inspect the returned goods for the refund to be processed.
We do not charge restocking fees.

7. Business Use
Our products are supplied for commercial and industrial use. We are happy to discuss film specifications, gauge and application with you before you order, so you get the right product for your equipment the first time.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on our website, along with the date it took effect.
